The Anglican Communion is the worldwide fellowship of churches owing their origins to the Church of England; it is the third largest church denomination in the world, with more than 85 million Christians worshiping around the globe.  It is a fellowship within the one, holy, catholic (universal) and apostolic church. 

The Anglican Church in North America (ACNA) is a province in formation which unifies 100,000 Anglicans in the United States and Canada in 700 parishes and 28 dioceses. Christ the King Fayetteville is an Anglican church and a member of the Anglican Church in North America (ACNA), the emerging province for Anglicanism in the United States and Canada.

Churches for the Sake of Others (C4SO) is a Diocese of the Anglican Church in North America uniting communities of churches located primarily in California, Kansas, Texas, and the Southeast. C4SO is a community of churches and leaders committed to nurturing existing congregations and planting new churches. Under the leadership of Diocesan Bishop Todd Hunter, C4SO seeks to announce, embody, and demonstrate the Kingdom of God.
